CONTRACT AND REQUIREMENTS
The profession of financial advisor, or in short personal broker , must meet very specific requirements and possess characteristics, without which it is not at all easy to establish oneself:
Contract
- attractive remuneration, proportionate to the level of growth achieved, with incentives.
- possession/opening of VAT number
- Direct hiring by the company is not foreseen.

MANDATE
Affida offers the possibility to incoming candidates, regardless of their origin and experience, to choose between 3 different types of mandate, prepared in a clear and explicit way, without ambiguous or incomprehensible clauses:
1. traditional indefinite term mandate, therefore with the right for both parties to withdraw at any time with prior notice,
2. a fixed-term mandate lasting four years (obviously renewable upon expiry) containing an extraordinary extra-provisional benefit.
3. a fixed-term mandate lasting five years (also renewable upon expiry) with even more significant benefits than in the previous case.
CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS
The three types of contract strictly provide for the same quantification of the commissions due to the Collaborator (possibly specify what other identical characteristics are in the three contracts).
The two fixed-term formulas offer advantages in terms of commissions and the TFM (End of Mandate Treatment, not to be confused with what is required by law for all credit brokerage companies): a set-aside fund, created by Affida on the model of the classic TFR, which ensures the collaborator an extra at the end of his working activity.
The fixed-term formula also and above all gives the agent the guarantee of our commitment for the entire duration of the contract.
This is because Affida, by choice of Transparency towards collaborators, as well as Style, has decided to avoid contracts that are "apparently non-binding", but which in fact trap the collaborator with bonuses or production bonuses that, paid after 6/12 months from the accrual on the condition of the collaborator's permanence, would then be lost in the event of withdrawal.
Contracts, therefore, which for the company are indefinite and allow it to withdraw at any time, but which in fact prevent the collaborator from leaving, under penalty of losing those bonuses or production bonuses that he had already accrued.
In Affida contracts, on the other hand, it is clear from the start to the collaborator how long he decides to stay in the company, with the fundamental certainty that for that same period the company is also bound to him (obviously, cases of termination for just cause are reserved for both, as provided by law).
